This is the all-in package. You get full creative and logistical support from day one to wedding day. We’ll dream it up, plan it out, and execute it flawlessly. I’m with you for everything—vendor selection, design, budgeting, timeline creation, and all the hundreds of little details in between.

You’ve booked a few key vendors and started the planning process—but want expert guidance to tie it all together. With this package, we jump in 6–9 months before your wedding to take the reins and help you bring your vision to life, without missing a beat.

To be eligible, the following vendors must already be secured:

  • Videographer
  • Catering
  • Bartending

This is perfect for the couple who’s already planned their dream day but wants a pro to step in and make sure it all goes down smoothly. We come in 90 days out to manage vendor communication, finalize logistics, and take the stress off your plate.

We only take a limited number of Wedding Management + Coordination clients each season to ensure you get the attention and care you deserve.
